1Who processes your data

This service is provided by 秋利所股份有限公司, the company that operates Enkkor, which is responsible for processing the personal data described below. This policy is written in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

2Two kinds of people, two relationships

There are two kinds of people in this system, and the responsibilities we owe them are not the same; the two have to be told apart before the rest can be said.

  • Account holders: that is you, who use Enkkor to run webinars. Your data is collected by us directly; we are the collector.
  • Your attendees: that is, the people who register for and attend your webinars. Their data is collected for you. As far as they are concerned, the collector is you; we are the party you have commissioned to process it, we process it on your instructions, and we will not use it for anything else.

3What we collect

Account holders: the email address and name provided when you sign in with Google, the name of the organization you create, your plan and payment status, and the record of what you do in the console. We neither receive nor store your Google password.

Attendees: the name and email address entered at registration, the times of registration and attendance, the number of seconds they stayed and watched in the room, the messages they typed themselves, their poll choices, and whether they clicked the offer (CTA) button.

We do not collect national ID numbers, financial account numbers or credit card numbers. Payment data is processed by Recur, and card numbers do not pass through our systems.

4Why we collect it, and how long we use it

  • To perform the service contract between us and you: creating the account, generating webinars, sending registration confirmations and reminder emails, and calculating plan allowances and fees.
  • To let you see results: figures such as the attendance rate, the retention curve and the per-person list are one of the things this service sells.
  • To keep the system secure and to debug it.

We keep the data for as long as the account exists. You can export it within 30 days after the account is terminated; after that it is deleted. Accounting documents that the law requires to be kept are kept for the number of years the law prescribes.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

5Who we commission to process it

Providing this service requires these vendors, and each one receives only the data its job requires:

  • Supabase — database. Accounts, organizations, and registration and attendance records.
  • Cloudflare R2 — video storage and playback.
  • Resend — sends registration confirmations, reminders and follow-up emails, and therefore processes recipients’ names and addresses.
  • Recur — subscriptions and payment.
  • Google — console sign-in.
  • OpenAI, Anthropic — generating transcripts and webinar content. What is sent to them is the content of the videos you upload and their transcripts; it does not include attendee lists.
  • Railway — application hosting.

Most of these vendors’ servers are located outside Taiwan, so the processing described above involves the international transfer of personal data.

6Cookies

This site sets only six cookies, all of them functional:

  • aw_admin — your signed-in state in the console.
  • aw_oauth — a one-time verification during Google sign-in; it is no longer valid once it has been used.
  • aw_signup — temporarily holds the verified email address while an account is being created.
  • enkkor_signed_in — a mark that you have just signed in, so that the product introduction appears only once after sign-in; it is deleted as soon as it is read.
  • enkkor_guidance — remembers that you turned off “Tours & tips” in the console.
  • enkkor_lang — remembers the language you chose.

No analytics tools, no ad pixels, no third-party tracking cookies. Because there are none, there is no consent banner here for you to click.

7Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may inquire about, review, obtain a copy of, supplement and correct your personal data, and you may also request that its collection, processing or use be stopped, or that it be deleted.

Account holders: write directly to hi@enkkor.com.

Attendees: the data was collected for the party running the webinar, so please make your request to them first; they can delete you in the console. You can also write to us directly: we will send a confirmation email to the address you entered when you registered, and once you click the link in that email, your registration records, attendance records and messages are all deleted together. Confirmation by email is needed because anyone could type in somebody else’s address.

8Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18. We will not deliberately collect the personal data of minors.

9Changes to this policy, and how to contact us

When this policy is changed, this page will be updated and the date at the top of it changed. For changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify account holders by email.

If you have any questions, or want to exercise any of the rights above, write to hi@enkkor.com. For the terms of service that go with this policy, see the Terms of service.
